There are two plans in the PDF. The atrium is the entrance on the lower floor and is marked out in the plan ‘Proposed Upper Mall Plan’ in yellow. This will take patrons to the restaurant – bar on the floor above (‘Ground Floor’). To assist, I have attached a further copy of the Ground Floor plan highlighting the licensing key which confirms the internal area is marked with a red licensing line, and the external area with a blue licensing line. For clarity, I have further marked the external area in green and the proposed smoking area is also hatched in orange.
